GENERAL PROVISIONS
The warranty provides for a free replacement of the product within 60 days (excluding delivery time) within the limits of the balance in the warehouses. Otherwise, the cost of the problematic product will be compensated in cash or written off to the customer's balance. The warranty service periods are indicated in the product passport and in the product card on the ulight.com.ua website. The warranty applies only to the hardware components of the product. Hardware components do not include power cables, batteries, software, etc. The warranty does not cover the costs of delivering the damaged product to the company and delivering a replacement to the user.
Before using the purchased product, the buyer must read the operating instructions (user manual), which is present in the original packaging of the purchased equipment and in the product card on the ulight.com.ua website and operate it in accordance with the specific parameters in the product passport.
The product is removed from the warranty and free repairs are not performed in the following cases:
- if the product is damaged during storage or violation of operating rules;
- if there are traces of outside interference or an attempt at unauthorized repair was made;
- if there are traces of changes and modifications to the product design, use for other purposes;
- if there are sides of writing with markers, pencils or other writing instruments on the product.
The warranty and other obligations do not apply to products that have the following damage:
- mechanical or thermal damage caused by improper operation, transportation, storage of equipment;
- damage caused by foreign substances, objects, liquids, insects, animals getting inside the product;
- damage caused by the use of non-standard or incompatible equipment;
- damage caused by the elements, fire, household factors;
- damage caused by power outages.
The company's warranty does not cover damage to other equipment that operates in conjunction with this product.
The warranty also does not cover the risk of damage or loss by the postal service or other carrier.
WARRANTY SERVICE PROCEDURE
If you discover a malfunction or incorrect operation of the equipment. You must do the following:
- Contact the service department for advice by phone 095 691-24-57 or by e-mail ulight.ua@gmail.com and describe the problem that arose during the operation of the equipment in as much detail as possible.
- If the problem cannot be solved remotely, you must:
- fill out the equipment return invoice for examination by the service department and send it by e-mail ulight.ua@gmail.com;
- after making sure that the warranty seals on the equipment are not damaged and that the equipment is fully equipped, including the original packaging, user manuals, accessories, send the equipment to the Ulight service department along with the original completed equipment return invoice for examination by the service department.
When sending goods for examination, you must provide the consignment note number of the Ulight service department.
After the examination, the service department forms a conclusion on the warranty claim with a description of the examination results, on the basis of which a decision is made on warranty service. In case of refusal, the product is returned. In case of a positive decision, repairs are made, otherwise replacement (if there are balances in the warehouse) or refund (if there is no similar product in the warehouse).
DOCUMENTS AND RULES FOR FILLING THEM
Invoice for returning equipment for examination by the service department.
- In the absence of an invoice for accepting equipment for warranty service, the customer will be refused acceptance of the equipment for warranty service.
- All fields in the invoice are required to be filled.
