A new generation of LED lighting product.
The strip uses COB (chip on board) LEDs, allowing you to create a continuous line of light without the use of diffusers.
Reliability and absence of problems with COB LED strip.
One of the biggest disadvantages of conventional LED strips is the use of gold wires, which are extremely thin and fragile. If they are damaged, which sometimes happens, part of the conventional strip stops working, forming noticeable dark spots in the lighting. This is quite an unpleasant phenomenon, especially when the strip is mounted in hard-to-reach places. COB tape allows you to completely forget about the aforementioned problem. Such a diode does not contain fragile elements, and its connection to the board occurs in parallel, which eliminates the appearance of noticeable dark areas in case of damage.
Flexibility of COB LED strip.
Small sizes of diodes, their significant number, proximity and uniform distribution provide incredible flexibility and stability of COB LED strip. This in turn facilitates installation, allows the use of the strip in complex structures and, with the greatest probability, eliminates microdamage during installation work.
Uniform light of COB tape.
Structurally, COB tape allows you to get the most uniform line of light. One of the key problems of using a regular tape in a limited space (backlighting a plasterboard niche, furniture lighting, curtain lighting and other structures) is visible light points that significantly worsen the visual perception of the lighting of the structure, making it unfinished aesthetically. COB tape solves this problem and creates a clear line of light.
Wide light angle.
The light angle of the classic SMD strip is 120 degrees, and the light angle of the COB LED strip is 180 degrees, which contributes to the aesthetic and even distribution of lighting.
Long service life.
The COB LED is fixed directly to the board, so its heat is transferred to the board faster. As a result, the heat dissipation rate of the COB tape is higher than that of the SMD tape. Thus, the design provides significantly less burnout of the LEDs, respectively, a significantly longer service life.
Ideal color rendering of COB strips.
Very often, cheap LED lighting distorts the perception of color in a room, which in turn is harmful to the eyes and negatively affects the aesthetic perception of the room. Our COB light strips have a color rendering index (CRI) of more than 90, which is considered a very good indicator according to lighting standards.
