Delivery

Ulight online store – we work all over Ukraine.

We sell and deliver in the following ways.

  1. Pickup – you must first call one of the phones on the website and agree on the time of arrival for the order.
  2. Courier delivery. Delivery is carried out via Nova Poshta, whose courier will bring the goods to the address specified in the order. The cost of delivery (according to Nova Poshta rates) is paid by the buyer.
  3. Delivery by Nova Poshta to the branch. When placing an order, the buyer will be shown special forms for choosing the city and Nova Poshta branch. The cost according to Nova Poshta rates is paid by the buyer.

If there is a need for another type of delivery, you can discuss it with the manager of our company.

 

 

Payment

  1. Cash upon pickup. Payment is made upon receipt of the order.
  2. Cashless payment. After placing the order, the manager will contact you and issue an invoice for payment (possibly with VAT) or provide the necessary payment details. This method implies 100% payment, after which the order will be sent by one of the methods specified above.
